Magnesium (elemental) 144 mg, from 2,000 mg Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate

Directions Take 3 capsules daily in divided doses: 1 capsule during the daytime, preferably mid-afternoon, and 2 capsules one hour before sleep.

Other Ingredients Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.

Caution For adults only. Like other magnesium products, Magtein may cause sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches at first. Reduce the dose, consult a doctor or stop use if this persists more than one week. Consult a physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
