How can I check that a product is authentic?
Every product we carry is imported with official invoices from authorized distributors. Every package has a lot number and expiry date you can verify on the manufacturer official website, and we attach an invoice to every order.
How much does delivery cost and when will my order arrive?
Delivery starts at 50 EGP for Cairo and Giza and varies by governorate. Orders arrive within one to two days in Greater Cairo and two to five business days elsewhere. Delivery is free on orders above 1500 EGP.
What payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery in every governorate, online payment by bank card and e-wallets, or completing your order directly via WhatsApp with one of our team.
Can I return a product after receiving it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery as long as the product is sealed and in its original packaging and condition. For safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
How do I know the right dose for me?
The recommended dose is shown on every product page, but the ideal dose depends on your condition and tests. We always advise speaking with your doctor before starting any supplement, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding or while taking long-term medication.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes. We have special prices for pharmacies, gyms and large orders. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss the details.
Are the products suitable for vegetarians?
Many of our products are fully plant-based, as noted in the specification table on each product page under the suitable for section.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number, and we will replace it at our own expense.
