Delivery times

• Cairo and Giza: 1 to 2 business days.
• Alexandria, the Delta, and the Canal: 2 to 4 business days.
• Upper Egypt: 3 to 6 business days.
• Sinai, New Valley, and Matrouh: 4 to 8 business days.

Times are calculated in business days and exclude Fridays and official holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping starts from 50 EGP for Cairo and Giza and varies by governorate — the exact cost appears automatically on the checkout page once you select your governorate.

Free shipping on any order over 30,000 EGP.

Order confirmation

After your order is placed, one of our team members will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the address and details. No order is shipped before confirmation, and if we can't reach you within 48 hours the order is temporarily suspended.

Receiving and inspecting

You have the right to inspect the outer package and make sure the products match your order before paying the courier. Sealed products cannot be opened before payment, but you may refuse delivery if the package is damaged.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails because you didn't answer or the address is incorrect, two more attempts are made. After that, the order is cancelled and the product is returned to the warehouse.
