Privacy Policy

This page explains what data PrimeVit collects from you, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have to control it.

Data we collect

Order data: name, mobile number, address, and email if provided — we need these to process delivery.
Account data: if you create an account, we store your details, order history, and saved addresses.
Technical data: IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention.
Usage data: the pages you visit and the searches you make, to improve the store.

What we don't collect

We never store your bank card data. Online payments happen entirely on the servers of the approved payment gateway, and card data never passes through our servers at any stage.

How we use your data

Processing your order, delivering it, and contacting you about it.
Replying to your inquiries and providing support.
Sending offers — only if you subscribe to our mailing list, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Improving the store and the shopping experience.

Data sharing

We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. We share it only to the minimum extent needed with:

Shipping companies: name, address, and phone only, to deliver your order.
Payment gateway: the invoice data needed to complete the transaction.
Authorities: when a legal obligation requires it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site — most importantly one that saves your cart contents even if you close the browser. Without these cookies, the cart and login won't work.

Data protection

The site runs entirely over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored in an encrypted format that cannot be reversed, and database access is limited to a small team.

Your rights

Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correct any inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and data (except any invoice records we're legally required to keep).
Unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@primevit.net.
