Orders & pricing

  • All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes.
  • We do our best to show accurate prices and data, but if there's an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and notify you immediately.
  • An order is only confirmed after one of our team members contacts you.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order in case of stock shortage or suspected fraudulent activity.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
  • The data you enter must be accurate and up to date.
  • We may suspend any account used in an abusive or violating manner.

Coupons & offers

  • Each coupon has its own terms regarding the minimum order, number of uses, and expiry date.
  • More than one coupon cannot be combined in the same order.
