What's Inside Brewer's Yeast contains naturally occurring vitamins and minerals, most notably B-vitamins, including Thiamin (B-1), Riboflavin (B-2), Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid. It also provides amino acids and beta-glucans. No synthetic vitamins are added during processing.
